Producer: Alleged Russian Spy "Knew Her Agenda"

A new video obtained is shedding some light on the Manhattan woman nabbed as part of an alleged Russian spy ring. The video of Anna Chapman was shot during a workshop for aspiring entrepreneurs. Federal authorities say Chapman was part of a group of spies whose mission it was to infiltrate U.S. policy making circles. Investigators believe Chapman sent encoded messages through a laptop to a Russian counterpart while visiting the Barnes & Noble in TriBeCa and a Starbucks Coffee in Midtown. The man who shot the interview with Chapman says he wasn't entirely surprised to learn she was a spy. "This was a woman who like many of the entrepreneurs I met for this project was sly, was able to connect with people and even manipulate people and knew her agenda and clearly had some sort of agenda going on beneath what she was talking about," said John Palacio of And Now Media. Ten people were arrested Monday in a sweep conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Chapman and eight others will go before a judge Thursday. If convicted on espionage and money laundering charges, most of the defendants could spend up to 20 years behind bars. An eleventh suspect was arrested in Cyprus but has since disappeared. Authorities say Christopher Robert Metsos, 54, failed to report to police according to the terms of his bail.
