Jocks, Strip Clubs A Dangerous Mix

Strip Club Trouble: 1. Titans quarterback Vince Young apologized for his role in a fight at a Dallas strip club on Sunday, saying that he 'made a mistake'. He's not the first athlete who probably wished he had avoided a gentleman's club.
2. Young's former teammate, Adam 'Pacman' Jones, was involved in perhaps the most notorious athlete-strip club incident. In a 2007 incident at a Las Vegas club, Jones allegedly beat an exotic dancer, helping to start a brawl in which a member of Jones' entourage allegedly shot and paralyzed a security guard.
3. Yankees star Alex Rodriguez's wife filed for divorce in 2008 after allegations surfaced that he had at least one affair with a stripper.
4. Stephen Jackson, then with the Indiana Pacers, apparently acted in self-defense when he and several teammates were accosted at a strip club in 2006. Jackson fired his gun into the air in an effort to scare off his alleged attackers.
5. NBA great Patrick Ewing got swept into a strip club scandal in 2001 when he testified in court that he received sexual favors from exotic dancers at Atlanta's Gold Club while owners of the club watched.
6. At the same trial, Andruw Jones, then with the Braves, testified that he too received sexual favors at the Gold Club.
